Job summary

Raytheon Technologies Goleta site is seeking a Program Quality Lead to tailor planning for customer and internal quality requirements across cross-functional program teams. The role requires a dynamic mindset and the ability to influence peers while delivering creative results to complex challenges.

The successful candidate will ensure mission goals and contractual requirements are met, with onsite work in Goleta, CA and engagement in QA, design, and test activities across the program lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum eight years of experience in Quality, Engineering, Operations and/or Program Management.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality management systems.
• Experience with external/internal quality system or product/process audits.
• Ability to interact with program management, suppliers, customers and government representatives.
• Familiarity with PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, and production readiness activities.

Responsibilities

• Represent Quality and Mission Assurance on program teams and bids.
• Define and implement quality improvement strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Provide direction to ensure quality tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Prepare and analyze quality metrics and reports.
• Ensure customer quality requirements flow down to suppliers and monitor supplier quality.
