Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5–7 years of product development and/or manufacturing experience.
• Working knowledge of project or program management fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, lead, and manage multiple product development programs including engineering changes.
• Develop program scope and ensure timing, quality, and delivery.
• Communicate and escalate key program issues affecting cost, quality, timing, and customer specs.
• Manage cost and schedules for assigned programs.
• Promote commonality of manufacture for economy of scale.
• Lead program launch meetings with internal teams.
• Communicate updates with customers as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
