Job summary

Precinmac, a leader in high-tolerance precision machined components, seeks a Program Manager to own the engineering and operations project portfolio on the West Coast. Based onsite in Tualatin, you will drive capital projects, NPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives to meet customer ramps and leadership expectations.

You will run G0–G5 phase gates, manage project charters, and coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and Production to resolve blockers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of project or program management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing capital equipment projects, including installation and qualification.
• Working knowledge of a formal new product introduction or stage gate process.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong skills in planning, scheduling, risk management, and status communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint or equivalent tools.
• Ability to travel regularly between the Tualatin and Albany sites.

Responsibilities

• Own ramp and capital programs including integrated ramp plan, equipment, tooling, staffing, and qualification milestones.
• Manage capital equipment projects from justification through install, runoff, qualification, and handoff to production.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Production, Quality, Facilities and vendors to manage schedules.
• Track budgets and flag variances early; prepare customer-facing milestone reports.
• Own the G0 to G5 NPI phase gate process and keep pipeline visible with status and risks.
