Job summary

Precinmac is seeking a Program Manager to lead its West Coast project portfolio from the Tualatin, OR site. You will oversee engineering and operations programs to ensure customer ramp readiness, capital projects, and CI initiatives stay on schedule.

You will run the G0–G5 NPI phase-gate process, coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and Production, and manage portfolios across two Oregon sites with regular travel between Tualatin and Albany.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Five+ years of project or program management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing capital equipment projects, including installation and qualification.
• Working knowledge of a formal new product introduction or stage gate process.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong skills in planning, scheduling, risk management, and status communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint or equivalent tools.
• Ability to travel regularly between the Tualatin and Albany sites.

Responsibilities

• Ramp and capital programs: build and maintain the integrated ramp plan for equipment, tooling, staffing, and milestones.
• Manage capital equipment projects from justification through install, runoff, qualification, and handoff to production.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Production, Quality, Facilities, and vendors to hold dates.
• Track program budgets and spend against approved capital, flag variances early.
• Prepare customer-facing milestone reports and support reviews on ramp readiness.
• NPI phase gate process: own G0 to G5, schedule reviews, record decisions.
• Keep the NPI pipeline visible with status, risks, resources for each program.
• Work with Engineering, Quality, Production to resolve blockers blocking launches.
• Maintain phase gate checklist, trainer for new participants, SOP updates.
• Manage CI project portfolio and run charters, status reviews.
• Prioritize projects against site strategy and keep leadership informed.
