This 100% onsite role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, 3–5 years in program management, PMP certification, and proficiency with MS Project, JIRA, and Asana. You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing and supply chain, manage budgets and risks, and communicate with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• 3–5 years of program management experience in relevant field.
• PMP certification required or in progress.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement program strategies, objectives and metrics.
• Oversee planning, execution and integration of multiple projects.
• Coordinate cross-project activities and collaboration across teams.
• Manage program resources and budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Identify and manage program risks and issues; develop contingency plans.
• Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
