Easterseals Southeast Wisconsin is seeking an Adult Day Program Supervisor to lead the Wil-O-Way Grant location in South Milwaukee. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate participant services, and ensure quality, safety, and person-centered care for participants.

The role emphasizes supervision, program coordination, and participant support, with a 7:30 AM–3:30 PM weekday schedule and active collaboration with families, staff, and partners to promote independence and community inclusion.

Qualifications

• Requires associate or bachelor’s degree in human services or related field, or 3 years of related experience.
• Minimum 1 year of case management experience required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience required.

Responsabilités

• Supervises assigned department personnel, including hiring, onboarding, scheduling and performance management.
• Educates staff on agency policies, procedures, safety practices, and person-centered service delivery.
• Maintains attendance records, authorizations, documentation, and required reports with manager.
• Coordinates program activities, transportation, supplies, and budgeting per guidelines.
• Monitors participant admissions, care planning, and service plans with families and partners.
• Ensures safety, cleanliness, and proper maintenance of program spaces and equipment.
• Responds to emergencies and participant concerns with sound judgment and follow-up.
