Job summary

GALT Aerospace is seeking a skilled Program Finance Analyst (Level 3) in San Diego, onsite, to support program execution with cost and schedule management in a production environment. The role requires a strong analytical mindset, DoD experience, and the ability to collaborate with IPT leads, PMs, and finance teams to maintain baselines and deliver accurate EACs.

Qualifications

• DoD experience required.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• US citizenship required; security clearance may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain program schedules and critical path analyses.
• Maintain cost baselines and monthly estimates (EACs).
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and estimates at complete.
• Update monthly forecasts and explain variances for cost/schedule.
• Create financial charts for program reviews and recovery plans.
• Assist in annual operating plan forecasting.
