• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in order processing or production scheduling.
• Working knowledge of SAP PP/DS Planning Board preferred.
• Knowledge of print/bind manufacturing and production workflows.
• Proficiency with a PC and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate order information with departments and internal customers to ensure accurate, timely processing.
• Schedule and route orders using SAP PP/DS and internal systems to support efficient workflows.
• Prepare, process, maintain, and distribute production-related documentation and schedules.
• Prepare and distribute daily production schedules to work centers and maintain workflow visibility.
• Monitor capacity, identify constraints, resolve conflicts, and support on-time shipments.
• Provide customer service for internally produced orders and coordinate follow-ups.
• Collaborate with Inventory Control to determine production quantities.
• Maintain filing systems and records for print orders and production documents.
