Job summary

Epiroc is seeking a Lead Production Quality professional in Garland, TX to support the Supplier Quality Manager by providing senior guidance on tasks and ensuring production work aligns with quality standards.

Responsibilities include planning assembly procedures, checking parts availability, and maintaining quality records while adhering to safety guidelines. This role operates onsite in a fast-paced factory setting.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required per job description.
• Basic reading of blueprints, BoMs and schematics.
• Familiar with M3/Infor transactions affecting work area.

Responsibilities

• Plan assembly procedures using blueprints.
• Check availability of parts, components, and materials.
• Follow-up on faulty parts.
• Assemble parts and components in proper sequence.
• Make corrections/modifications per work order or customer request.
• Support production test for troubleshooting and ensure proper operation of the rig.
• Assist in assigning duties.
• Maintain cleanliness of the production quality area.
• Detect and report defective materials or unusual conditions to supervisor.
• Follow safety regulations and maintain records.
• Ensure availability of stored supplies.
• Perform other duties as required.
