Job summary

Collins Aerospace is hiring a Manufacturing Production Planner for our Pueblo, CO facility, where we produce advanced carbon airplane brakes. The role focuses on on‑time delivery, inventory optimization, and driving process improvements to boost operational performance.

This is an onsite position with potential relocation assistance. You will work with cross‑functional teams to maintain material flow, schedule production, and ensure customer requirements are met while supporting cost-effective

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
• Experience with materials planning.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing materials planning and production scheduling to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Managing inventory levels to align with operational objectives.
• Participating in supply and production planning processes to optimize resource utilization.
• Implementing minor changes or enhancements in systems and processes to improve work area effectiveness.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address challenges and ensure seamless operations.
• Monitoring and analyzing inventory trends to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Supporting the development and execution of strategies to improve OTD and inventory management processes.
