Ball Corporation in Findlay, OH seeks a Production Technician to join a production crew and uphold SOPs for the area. You will observe 5S standards, operate and repair high-speed equipment, and assist with preventative maintenance while ensuring aluminum quality meets spec.

Candidate should have a high school diploma, mechanical troubleshooting skills, and tool proficiency. Onsite work with potential for annual incentive plan and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year minimum experience in a mechanical job-related field with demonstrated mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in the use of hand and power tools.

Responsabilités

• Follow all 5S standards and job safety practices and policies including food safety; PPE; emergency procedures.
• Operate, adjust, and repair high-speed production equipment to meet plant production goals.
• Assist with performing preventative maintenance on assigned equipment.
• Inspect aluminium for proper quality standards and customer specifications.
• Build positive relationships across designated team through collaboration, communication and integrity.
