Job summary

Certified Collectibles Group in Sarasota, FL is seeking a Production Material Handler to manage the flow of work-in-process customer submissions within the CGC Cards division.

The candidate will stage products, verify submission information, and coordinate transfers to support production schedules and inventory tracking, while maintaining a clean, secure workspace and compliance with company processes.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in inventory management or material handling preferred.
• Capable of lifting and handling up to 60 lbs.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal department transfers to ensure efficient workflow.
• Stage products based on status, production schedules, and customer requests.
• Verify and match customer submission information within the company database.
• Work closely with other departments to track inventory and determine product status and completion.

Production Material Handler - CGC Cards

CCG is currently looking for a Production Material Handler to join our CGC Cards division in our Sarasota, FL offices. This role is responsible for managing the flow of work-in-process customer submissions, ensuring accurate movement and tracking of submissions throughout the production process.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Previous experience in inventory management or material handling preferred.
• Capable of lifting and handling up to 60 lbs.
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work occasional overtime based on business needs.
