Responsibilities

• Spend 80% on the production floor conducting observations and supporting safety activities.
• Conduct safety observations, inspections, and audits.
• Identify unsafe conditions and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Assist with incident investigations and documentation.
• Support safety training, huddles, and employee communication.
• Maintain accurate safety records and monitor policy compliance.
• Collaborate with supervisors to address safety concerns and foster safety culture.
