Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Procurement Specialist in Georgetown, TX to source and procure materials and services for manufacturing and operations. You will manage supplier relationships, monitor performance, and coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Planning, Warehouse, Finance, and Quality teams to meet production needs.

Required are a Bachelor's in a related field and 5 years of procurement experience, with ERP proficiency and strong communication and analytical skills to drive cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5 years of procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain experience in manufacturing.
• Experience negotiating supplier pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules.
• Proficient with ERP systems and MS Office; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and procure indirect materials, equipment, and services to support operations.
• Solicit and evaluate supplier quotations, negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
• Create, issue, and manage purchase orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery, and quality metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production schedules.
