Job summary

Intralox L.L.C. is hiring a Supply Chain Procurement Specialist (Buyer) for our Hanover, MD site. This onsite role supports engineer-to-order equipment and manages procurement activities, including supplier negotiations, POs, and ERP data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, operations, engineering, or related field.
• Manage a high volume of detailed, time-sensitive work with multiple priorities.
• Use data to identify issues, support decisions and improve processes.
• At least two years of procurement experience in manufacturing.
• Strong ownership, follow-through, organization, critical-thinking, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Review material requirements and on-hand inventory, obtain quotations, and issue purchase orders.
• Monitor open POs and supplier commitments; coordinate with production schedulers for timely deliveries.
• Partner with Receiving and Accounts Payable to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain procurement data in the ERP system; monitor performance, trends, and risks.
• Analyze spending patterns, lead times, and supplier performance for cost savings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to advance supply-chain initiatives.
