Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as a local lead for Coupa purchasing processes and routine workflow support.
• Create, process, and manage purchase orders from requisition to delivery in Coupa.
• Verify pricing, quantities, supplier information and compliance before orders.
• Track orders and shipments, follow up on delays, ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain vendor records, contracts, and compliance documentation.
• Prepare procurement reports and maintain purchasing records; generate usage reports.
