Job summary

Robinson Construction is seeking a Superintendent to direct, coordinate and monitor process piping activities and craftwork on an existing manufacturing facility site. Qualifications

• Bachelors’ degree in construction management or equivalent background preferred.
• Substantial knowledge of the construction industry; seven years of construction experience.
• Ability to communicate and manage projects effectively.

Responsibilities

• Directs, coordinates and monitors activities of construction workers on a site; experience in Food & Beverage industry, sanitary tubing and orbital welding preferred but not required.
• Defines construction requirements and project schedules; controls scope and budget; updates schedule for approved scope changes.
• Inspects progress to ensure specifications are met and safety/quality standards are followed.
• Reads drawings and specifications to plan procedures and determine construction requirements.
• Identifies project issues/risks; communicates solutions with project team to resolve problems.
