Job summary

ITAC seeks a hands-on Process Engineer on a 12-month contract, fully on-site with our client located in Nashville, TN. This seconded position means ITAC employs you while you work at the client site, with ITAC providing ongoing support, resources, and benefits.

You will optimize manufacturing processes, troubleshoot production issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives on the plant floor, collaborating closely with operations teams and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline required; 3+ years in manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on engineering role focusing on process optimization and OEE.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities; excellent communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily engineering support to manufacturing operations and plant personnel.
• Identify process improvements on the production floor and drive operations excellence.
• Analyze data to identify losses and optimize performance; implement corrective actions.
• Support OEE initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
