Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a chemical or related engineering field is required.
• 3+ years in cosmetics, personal care, OTC, pharmaceutical, or consumer products.
• GMP experience, validation, quality systems, and regulatory awareness.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive process development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead process development, scale-up, and technology transfer for product portfolios.
• Develop robust, scalable manufacturing processes with robust QA attributes.
• Partner with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
• Conduct risk assessments, investigations, and CAPA activities.
• Document procedures and support validation and change controls.
