Job summary

Care Access is hiring a Principal Investigator in Fayetteville, NC to oversee all clinical trials per protocol and GCP standards. You will lead medical oversight, ensure participant safety, and supervise protocol-specific procedures on site.

The ideal candidate has an MD/DO license, PI experience, and GCP training. This full-time role requires on-site presence with travel minimal to moderate as needed.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with an active medical license valid where the research is conducted.
• Previous PI experience required; 2 years PI/ Sub-Investigator preferred.
• Training and certification in Good Clinical Practice (GCP).

Responsibilities

• Provide medical oversight and review of protocols per ICH-GCP.
• Ensure safety and well-being of all participants at the site.
• Perform physical assessments and required study procedures.
• Train Sub-Investigators and staff on protocol-specific procedures.
• Comply with ICH GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in monitoring visits and sponsor meetings.
