Job summary

Indotronix Avani Group is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to work onsite in the United States. The role requires a minimum of 6 years of Primavera P6 scheduling experience and recent usage of P6 in prior employment.

You will support and guide project scheduling across utilities and construction management, developing complex schedules and mentoring junior schedulers. The candidate must be self-motivated, an excellent communicator, and able to interface with site execution teams,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree with extensive scheduling experience in utilities, construction, or engineering settings.
• Minimum 6 years of Primavera (P6) scheduling experience; must have used P6 recently.
• Experience developing and maintaining complex schedules and training junior schedulers.

Responsibilities

• Define activities, durations, sequences, and logic to develop schedule milestones.
• Develop integrated schedules with resource loading and critical path methodology.
• Mentor junior schedulers and lead schedule review meetings with stakeholders.
• Provide schedule status updates to project teams and management.
• Administer scheduling system security and roles; ensure best practices in scheduling.
