Job summary

TEEMA Group seeks an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join an onsite employee health center in Austin, Minnesota. This contract or contract-to-permanent role replaces a retiring APP and offers potential for permanent placement.

The role includes annual physicals, preventive care, acute visits, immunizations, and health maintenance for employees and dependents aged 2+. Collaborative care with an integrated team and Epic EMR support are available.

Qualifications

• Licensed NP or PA with active MN license.
• Experience providing primary care in outpatient settings.
• Strong assessment, diagnostic and patient-education skills.
• Ability to manage routine primary care and acute-care visits independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct annual physicals and preventive health exams.
• Provide acute and same-day care for illnesses and minor injuries.
• Perform well-woman and well-child visits; administer vaccines.
