Job summary

VitalCheck Wellness seeks a Nurse Practitioner to deliver preventive wellness services onsite at corporate clinics in Richmond, VA. Qualifications

• Active unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Virginia.
• Certification as FNP or ACNP preferred.
• Current BLS/ACLS CPR certification is required.
• Ability to perform phlebotomy and autonomous practice.
• Willingness to commute to Richmond and use a personal laptop.

Responsibilities

• Set up mobile clinic space in corporate environments for wellness events.
• Conduct general wellness examinations and health screenings.
• Review patient health history and current concerns to determine preventive care needs.
• Provide preventive care guidance and health education to employees.
• Perform venipuncture and collect blood samples for lab testing.
• Refer patients for follow-up care when indicated.
• Review lab results via telehealth consultations and document encounters.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with clinical standards.
