Job summary

TOPPAN Packaging Americas is seeking a Printing Leader to organize and coordinate daily operations of the Press and Lamination Departments at our Hickory, NC facility. You will oversee production, ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery, and act as a mentor to the team.

This onsite role requires a high school diploma and 2–3 years of supervisory technical experience, with ISO 9001 and food safety awareness.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with technical training or an apprenticeship in printing up to 5 years.
• 2–3 years of technical work and supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, sustainability, and EHS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the Press and Lamination Departments on a daily basis.
• Manage associates, address disciplinary issues, and resolve conflicts.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and housekeeping policies.
• Review production reports to ensure materials accountability.
• Plan shift operations and coordinate coverage and training.
• Oversee inventory of printing supplies and maintain records.
