Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing; RN license required.
• Two years nursing experience; clinical teaching preferred.
• Active licensure and adherence to state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as steward for WGU’s mission and clinical teaching within assigned courses.
• Mentor and evaluate students in clinical settings to ensure learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with faculty and preceptors to align competencies with programs.
• Provide timely feedback and track student progress via required forms.
• Adapt teaching methods for in-person and remote evaluation environments.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and institutional policies.
