Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand blue prints and schematics.
• Must adhere to cleanroom procedures (smock, hair net, air shower).
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Inspect precision parts, sub-assemblies and final assemblies.
• Prepare product documentation for Customer Source Inspections.

Responsibilities

• Inspect precision parts, sub-assemblies, final assemblies, first-piece, in-process and incoming parts using inspection tools and gages
• Set up and use gauging and measuring instruments for checking work
• Approve or reject all items inspected; write up inspection reports and record test data
• Perform visual inspections of electrical connections for mechanical faults or continuity
• Prepare product and documentation for Customer Source Inspections
