Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Finishing Operator to set up and operate simple machine tools and hand power tools to deburr and finish machined gears, shafts, and related parts in accordance with quality standards. The role is fully onsite at designated Regal Rexnord offices in Milwaukee.

You will read machining instructions, run burring machines, engrave part numbers, use micrometers and precision measuring equipment, and document completed work while maintaining clean and safe work areas.

Qualifications

• Ability to read machining instructions or routing sheets and follow oral instructions.
• Attention to detail to identify surface imperfections and burrs.
• Ability to operate basic machine tools and hand power tools.
• Capable of documenting work and maintaining clean, organized work area.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate burring machines and related equipment to deburr and finish machined parts.
• Read routing sheets and follow instructions to perform finishing steps.
• Engrave and stamp part numbers on gears and shafts.
• Use micrometers and precision tools to measure and verify work.
• Notify supervisor of any deviations in quality.
• Document all work performed and maintain housekeeping and safety standards.
