Job summary

System One seeks an Electrical Engineer for the Bayfront Steam Plant in Ashland, WI. This 12-month contract is onsite with no hybrid option, combining project engineering and reliability duties to support day-to-day plant operations.

You will apply advanced electrical knowledge, lead moderately large projects, and develop technical documentation while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure safe, reliable plant performance.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree required.
• Experience in power plants or utilities preferred.
• Knowledge of power systems and high/medium voltage equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects of moderate to large size and complexity with technical expertise.
• Develop technical documentation including designs, tests, and reports.
• Provide field engineering oversight for testing, installation, commissioning.
• Coordinate multiple project phases from design to commissioning.
