Job summary

Welocalize, Inc. is seeking detail-oriented Data Labeling Analysts to join our onsite team in the United States. You will perform high-volume labeling and annotation for speech and voice datasets, following strict guidelines to ensure data quality and consistency across AI training pipelines.

This is a full-time, on-site role with a 40-hour week and $28/hour pay, requiring US work authorization. The ideal candidate has native Polish fluency, strong written communication, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Polish.
• 1 year of work experience in data labeling or related field, or a Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and apply guidelines consistently.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks.
• Comfort working in structured, process-driven environments.
• Willingness to escalate questions when needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume data labeling and annotation tasks across speech and voice datasets
• Follow detailed guidelines to ensure consistency, accuracy, and data integrity at scale
• Work with audio and language data, including transcription, categorization, and tagging
• Maintain strong throughput while meeting quality expectations
• Escalate unclear or ambiguous cases appropriately
• Adapt to evolving guidelines and workflows as systems and requirements change
• Support baseline data production needs for AI training pipelines
• Contribute to team calibrations and quality alignment sessions
