Job summary

Farmer Focus in Liberty, VA, seeks a Maintenance Manager to provide hands-on leadership to maintenance teams across production facilities. You will lead preventive maintenance programs, drive reliability initiatives, and manage capital projects while upholding safety and plant performance.

The role requires strong experience in maintenance management, staff supervision, budgeting, and coaching, with a focus on safety compliance and continuous improvement in a food processing environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in maintenance management.
• Knowledge of safety standards programs and maintenance programs.
• Ability and proficiency with cost/benefit analysis and capital expenditure justification.
• Understanding of Total Productive Maintenance and reliability work processes.
• Experience in facility maintenance management, staff supervision, budgeting, and training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership to maintenance teams supporting production facilities.
• Facilitate implementation of preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensure production machines and equipment run at maximum efficiency.
• Oversee machine maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and improvement of equipment.
• Plan, develop, and lead maintenance team development and training.
