Corning Incorporated is seeking an IT Site Leader to align plant IT with global processes and drive performance improvements. The role focuses on delivering IT-enabled programs, engaging stakeholders, and managing budgets to support plant objectives.

The successful candidate brings a BS/MS in CS/CE/EE, 5+ years of leadership in manufacturing, and strong project-management skills in an agile environment. Onsite work five days a week with broad cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in CS, CE, EE or related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
• 5+ years in manufacturing industry with proven leadership.
• Strong ability to create and execute strategic IT plans for a plant.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial management.
• Excellent communication and time management with multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated project management skills and ability to lead teams.
• Ability to adapt to agile environments and changing priorities.
• Position requires onsite work 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Align IT processes with global Corning business processes.
• Engage local plant stakeholders and IMS responsibilities.
• Set, track, and enforce the IMS budget for the plant.
• Deliver projects on time, scope, and budget through prioritization.
• Maintain operational support levels against defined metrics.
• Support the IT shared service delivery model across the plant.
• Collaborate with IT managers to standardize programs division-wide.
