Qualifications
- BS in Engineering or related technical field.
- 10+ years of progressive engineering/leadership in facilities or manufacturing.
- Experience leading managers and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Ability to develop and execute long-range infrastructure strategies.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning and performance for facility infrastructure across campuses.
- Provide direction to Electrical & Controls, Facility Engineering, and HVAC teams.
- Develop and execute long-range infrastructure strategies aligned with business priorities.
- Establish engineering standards, governance, and technical stewardship.
