House Rx, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist with specialty experience to serve as Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) at our Corpus Christi, TX site. This onsite role partners with specialty clinics to optimize outcomes and enhance the patient and caregiver experience.

You will lead regulatory compliance, manage daily operations, and guide a team of pharmacists and technicians while collaborating with providers to improve formulary access and care coordination.

Formación

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent advanced degree.
• Licensed pharmacist in the state of employment (Texas).
• Willingness to be PIC in Texas and lead regulatory compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee compliance with all state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge with licensure oversight and regulatory inspections.
• Manage daily dispensing operations to ensure accuracy and patient safety.
• Maintain policies for prescription processing, storage and security.
• Lead audits and coordinate responses to regulators and accreditors.
• Supervise pharmacists, technicians and staff for quality and training.
• Collaborate with clinics to optimize formulary access and patient care.
• Investigate medication incidents and drive continuous quality improvement.
• Oversee inventory, recalls, and temperature-sensitive drug handling.
• Plan for pharmacy growth, new service lines, and value-based care initiatives.
• Act as clinical expert for patient counseling, prior authorizations and therapeutics.
