Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current NC PT license or eligible; BLS required.
• Prior clinical experience preferred; new grads encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, plans and implements treatment programs for referred patients according to accepted principles and practices of physical therapy.
• Designs an appropriate plan of care that integrates goals, treatment, outcomes, and discharge plan; adjusts care based on patient response and evidence.
• Collaborates with providers, nurses, other therapy providers and vendors.
• Educates patient and family regarding treatment plans.
• Documents accurate charges and completes documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
