Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist, with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy strongly preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills; proficient in word processing and basic computer applications.
• Must hold a current CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, creating customized treatment plans based on their specific needs and recovery goals.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities such as manual therapy, exercise regimens, and assistive devices to facilitate pain relief and enhance mobility.
• Document treatment plans, patient progress, and responses diligently to assess effectiveness and modify approaches as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and mobility aids, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals, ensuring a holistic approach to patient treatment.
• Stay updated with the latest practices in physical therapy through continuous professional development, including workshops and seminars.
