Job summary

BAE Systems in Nashua, New Hampshire, seeks a Security Representative to join our team on-site. You will collaborate with program managers and engineers to maintain a robust security posture across programs and facilities.

The role covers alarm response, access control, incident reporting, and compliance with DoD/NISPOM, FAR, and related regulations. A SECRET clearance and strong attention to detail are required.

Qualifications

• Active, current SECRET security clearance.
• Ability to read and interpret the NISPOM.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage priorities in a fast paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other applicable software tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintains alarm response and area access control in accordance with DoD/NISPOM.
• Checks emergency exits and patrols the campus interior/exterior.
• Manages badge accounts, visitor control, and bag checks.
• Writes and reviews security incident reports for FSO review.
• Supports cross-disciplinary security functions (Personnel, Physical, Cyber, COMSEC, Document Control, Visitor Control).
• Assists with Closed Area construction requirements and certification.
• Monitors key control and regulatory compliance.
• Performs front desk duties during breaks.
