Job summary

RedCloud seeks a Physical Security Technical Project Manager to support immediate client operations in the Kansas City area. You will lead the design and delivery of security and networking systems for large logistics warehouses, serving as the onsite day-to-day PM to ensure design, installation and commissioning meet standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating design deliverables, vendor Milestones, onsite QA/QC, and progress reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical project management, preferably in physical security, networking, or data center environments.
• Strong background in vendor management, QA/QC, and commissioning of security infrastructure.
• Ability to read, interpret, and coordinate technical design documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, track progress, and resolve blockers in complex projects.
• Ability to work onsite daily in the KC metro area.

Responsibilities

• Act as the onsite project manager for physical security and networking systems from design through commissioning.
• Coordinate design deliverables with the security design firm and track milestones.
• Manage vendor coordination and ensure project stays on schedule and meets specifications.
• Conduct onsite QA/QC with vendors and drive accountability across integrators and contractors.
• Provide regular reporting on progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Coordinate commissioning activities and turnover readiness.
