Position Summary
As the nation’s largest and fastest-growing virtual accounting services firm, we serve small business owners across all 50 states. Our services help clients meet their legal tax filing requirements. Our sales team builds relationships as trusted advisors, guiding entrepreneurs through accounting, tax, and financial planning, enabling them to focus on growing their businesses. We are committed to personalized service and excellence, which fuels our growth.

We recently increased our compensation plan for the introductory period! You’ll earn $20 per hour PLUS uncapped commission during training.

Responsibilities
  • WARM LEADS PROVIDED - HIGH VOLUME QUALIFIED PROSPECTS
  • Receive high-volume qualified leads daily from our contact center and have unlimited access to our prospect database.
  • Establish rapport, assess client needs, and recommend suitable products.
  • Educate clients using our proven sales script, providing insights aligned with their goals.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and follow-up.
  • Handle objections effectively and use persuasive rebuttals to address concerns.
  • Navigate CRM systems efficiently to provide seamless consultations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years sales experience with a proven record of exceeding goals. Call center/phone sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to connect effectively with clients via phone and build strong relationships.
  • Consistent attendance, punctuality, a collaborative attitude, and willingness to embrace coaching.
  • Goal-oriented, initiative-taking, with a drive to meet sales targets.
  • Confident in communication and decision-making, able to professionally present ideas and solutions.

  • Competitive pay: starting with an hourly wage (approx. $41K/year) plus uncapped commissions during training, transitioning to an hourly draw (approx. $40K/year) with uncapped commissions, potential earnings $60K–$200K. Additional bonuses and competitions available.
