Job summary

The Cigna Group is hiring for a full-time Pharmacy Technician Representative at our Norcross site in the Peachtree Corners area. This on-site role operates Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm, supporting pharmacy operations and patient deliveries.

You will apply training, problem-solving skills, and teamwork to manage inventory, packaging, and shipping while adhering to USP and drug-handling guidelines. Requires HS diploma, 1 year of related experience, GA license, data-entry and MS Office skills, and

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience, preferred clerical experience and experience in a retail/specialty pharmacy setting.
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within dispensing pharmacy setting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse/pharmacy production environment.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with team members to ensure patients receive timely accurate deliveries.
• Manage inventory, coordinate record retention, package and ship medications, and assist with facility operations.
• Help to manage and store inventory following USP Guidelines and USP 800 Guidelines.
