Job summary

NJ Bio, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support multi-site project activities, primarily onsite at the Princeton, NJ location. Travel to Bristol, PA may be required to support project needs and GMP operations.

The role requires excellent communication, scheduling, and regulatory compliance with SOPs, and involves collaboration with internal departments to ensure projects stay on time and within scope and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a chemistry/biochemistry/health sciences related field is preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings with external clients and internal stakeholders; record minutes; maintain project documentation and schedules.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans; track scope, timelines, status, and budget.
• Document change requests, track approvals, and communicate impacts to schedule and budget.
• Identify risks, issues, action items, dependencies, scope changes, and resource needs; escalate as needed.
• Provide regular status updates and progress reports to clients and project teams.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Finance to support projects.
• Coordinate resources, schedules, and cross-functional activities.
