Job summary

TransPerfect's DataForce unit seeks a Moderator to oversee pet-involved user sessions in Los Angeles. You will work onsite with dogs and cats, ensuring safe, smooth data collection, guiding participants, and performing basic troubleshooting of data collection tech.

Qualifications

• Onsite work in Los Angeles, CA.
• Comfortable around domestic cats and dogs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer service oriented.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.
• Able to work evenings or weekends if needed.
• Team player with proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain data collection equipment and offload data.
• Interact with participants and their pets to ensure safety and comfort.
• Provide daily reports and ensure high-quality data generation.
• Label/tag collected data using client tools.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and Production team.
• Assist in setting up facility, lighting, and session materials.
• Set up studio lighting and verify color spectra and light intensity.
• Prepare and tear down session spaces and equipment.
• Lift up to 45 lbs when needed.
