Technical/Functional Skills:

• Associate should have PeopleSoft NA Payroll 9.x experience as the primary skill set along with working experience on the following modules:
• PeopleSoft Payroll modules – North America Payroll, Compensate Employees, Retro Pay, Payroll Consolidation, Payroll Tax Management, PS Payroll Interface
• Global Payroll, Time & Labor, including the writing of time and labor rules and Absence Management modules
• Tax Updates, CYE Processing, 1042s, FLSA
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and customer service skills, organizational, planning and technical skills to achieve professional results
• Exhaustive understanding of HR & Payroll processes

Expertise in following Technical areas:

• People Tools: People Tools 8.5x, Application Designer, People Code
• Application Engine, Component Interface, Workflow, File Layout, Integration Broker
• Platform: UNIX
• Report Tools: XML Publisher, SQRs and PS Query, Crystal Report
