Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Payroll Specialist in Mishawaka, IN to handle weekly payroll for about 365 employees across multiple companies and states. This 100% onsite role operates Monday–Friday with a traditional full-time schedule and a competitive salary range.

You will manage payroll taxes, deductions, garnishments, and required filings, prepare union payroll reports, perform reconciliations, and ensure compliance across states.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll processing in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of payroll taxes, deductions, and compliance.
• Proficiency with payroll systems and Excel.
• Union payroll experience is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and deadline adherence.

Responsabilités

• Process accurate and timely weekly payroll for union and non-union employees.
• Manage payroll taxes, deductions, garnishments, and required filings.
• Prepare union payroll reports and contributions.
