Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between patients, families, the care team and departments; share patient questions and concerns, and document in the patient satisfaction database.
• Oversee report management and provide reports to department leaders; welcome patients during New Patient Orientation and coordinate language access services.
