AGCO is seeking a Parts Counter Associate for our Urbana, OH location. The role involves selling and processing parts orders, stocking inventory, and supporting service technicians in a fast-paced, onsite environment.

You will handle shipments, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure safety and orderliness in the parts area while working evenings or weekends as needed. This position emphasizes customer service and accurate data entry.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with basic parts and industrial machinery/equipment preferred.
• Experience in parts/aftersales in related business is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Promotes, sells, quotes and fills product/parts orders to meet customer needs.
• Supplies service technicians with parts.
• Coordinates receipt of shipments and places stock in inventory locations.
• Keeps areas clean and orderly.
• Manages stock shortages and expedites issues.
• Maintains tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working order.
• May operate material handling equipment and work non-standard hours.
