Formación

• Strong customer-facing and sales-focused skills.
• Effective communication with customers, teammates, and vendors.
• Experience or aptitude in inventory control, stocking and cycle counts.
• Basic mechanical or equipment knowledge, preferably agricultural or turf.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale and inventory software; basic computer skills.
• Willingness to work on-site full-time, including occasional weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent; dealership experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers at the parts counter and over the phone, identifying correct parts for John Deere and other equipment lines.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently; generate quotes and handle POS transactions.
• Coordinate special orders and maintain organized parts displays and stock.
