Job summary

We are seeking an onsite Service Parts Associate in Duluth, MN, to handle parts at the local branch and assist customers in person and over the phone. You will manage stock, dispatch parts, and support upselling of related products and services, using multiple systems and catalogs.

The role requires strong customer service, basic MS Office skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and wear PPE. Forklift experience is preferred, with responsibilities centered in the in-shop and field

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic reporting.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and wear PPE when required.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, handle, store, perform system transactions and dispatch parts in the local branch.
• Assist walk-in customers at the parts counter and process transactions.
• Upsell supporting products and services where appropriate.
• Source and locate complex parts requests using catalogs and systems.
• Maintain stock levels, operate forklift, and handle shipping/receiving.
