Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of painting experience in residential or commercial settings.
• Detail oriented with quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically capable of lifting and handling materials.
• A valid driver's license may be required; reliable transportation essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces: patch holes, sand, apply primer.
• Paint walls, ceilings, trim using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
• Ensure clean, high-quality finishes and color accuracy.
• Mix and match paints according to specs.
• Properly dispose of materials per safety rules.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• May assist with minor carpentry repairs.
