You will gain hands-on experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance within a state-of-the-art cleanroom, learning safety, preventive and corrective tasks, and continuous improvement initiatives alongside cross-functional teams. Eligible candidates are pursuing an AAS in Mechatronics, Robotics, Engineering Technology or related field, ready to relocate to Boise for

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an AAS in Mechatronics, Robotics, Engineering Technology, or related field of study.
• Preferred qualifications include Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, or Instrumentation & Automation programs.
• Willing to relocate to Boise for the internship and potential full-time opportunities after.

Responsibilities

• Complete required safety training and follow safety policies.
• On the job training for preventative and corrective maintenance on semiconductor equipment.
• Receive training and participate in area continuous improvement programs.
• Partner with operations technicians and shift engineers/technicians to complete daily priorities.
• Provide troubleshooting support for equipment-related problems and address root causes.
• Improve equipment availability by investigating chronic tool problems.
• Maintain documentation on tool status and observations.
• Perform and facilitate audits and submit good catches on safety and quality issues.
