Qualifications

• Intermediate to proficient skills with word processing and spreadsheets; CADD and Carlson knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge of federal and state surveying laws and regulations.
• 3+ years of Pennsylvania Professional Surveying Licensure experience.

Responsibilities

• Stamp surveys and ensure compliance with company and client standards.
• Review boundary/linework and perform survey data processing.
• Coordinate survey crews and projects per customer orders.
• Enter data into CADD and generate drawings and reports.
• Research legalities and verify work for accuracy and legality.
• Maintain safe, clean work areas and assist new employees.
• Ensure outputs meet company and industry standards.
